Flexible printed heating elements with silver ink paste
Alper, thanks to its technological know-how, offers its PET resistances with silver paste ink. Silver has high conductivity and high printability and allows to be deposited at precise tracks on PET substrate reaching very minimum thicknesses in micrometres. The total thickness of the resistance, therefore, is reduced to less than one millimetre (approx.0.2mm). The production flexibility of Alper allows the printing of tracks with customized design. The screen-printing technique used by Alper limit waste, making production processes neither harmful to humans nor to the environment. Alper heating elements, thanks to the excellent stability over time of the silver ink used, have a long life so suitable for multiple applications.
