PVC Heating mats

Alper heating mats are manufactured by encapsulating a PET heating foil between two electro welded PVC sheets using a high frequency process.

The PVC cover is a water repellent material and protect the system from small splashes. This feature makes PVC flexible heaters perfect as greenhouse heating mat for plants suitable for germinating seeds and growing flowers and seedlings.
The heating mats for dogs are another application that is essential for the comfort of our pets, to heat kennels even outdoors. Small cold-blooded animals benefit from reptile heating mats, their natural habitat is recreated by maintaining temperatures suitable for their metabolism.

The heating belts for home brewing wine, beer and kombucha tea adapt perfectly to the barrel and facilitate the process without altering the flavours of the liquids.

PVC Heating Mats can be applied to any type of do-it-yourself or even in industrial processes where a heating action is required.

Upon request is possible to add a thermostat with fuses and temperature limiters.
