Alper flexible polyester film printed heaters
Alper polyester heaters are produced by screen printing. This production technique allows to minimize the thickness of the heating element (min. 0.2mm).
High quality and precision are the characteristics that distinguish Alper's film heaters. This fully customizable range of products adapts to any desired amperage and wattage request.
Suitable for multiple uses, flexible printed heaters are used in the tightest spaces where heat is required. Thanks to the thin and flat shape of the Alper film heaters, the heat is directed only where it is needed, without any energy waste. The surface in direct contact with the resistance absorbs the radiated heat evenly.
There are various fields of application such as aerospace, naval, small household appliances and construction. In the industry of battery packs, lithium batteries, Alper heating elements have an anti-freeze function and help maintain performance even when temperatures are low.
Alper's flat and flexible heaters are created to give a reliable and long-lasting solution. Alper owns modern machinery, uses high quality mixture inks and materials. A thin transparent PET foil is the base of silver printed tracks dedicated to the transport of electric current; on the top a thin layer of carbon ink is deposited. The properties that distinguish carbon make it the perfect heating conductor. The continuous search for new formulations of inks with different ohmic values has allowed Alper to make the production capacity extremely flexible and the development of new products according to customer specifications, with the possibility of making small changes on the required powers (+/- 20%) during production, varying slightly the proportions of the mixture without the need to redesign the flexible resistance.
