Silicone heating mat drum heater – HIBC/A

The HIBC/A silicone heating mat is built with a high-temperature, multi-strand copper nickel resistance wire, encapsulated between reinforced silicone fiberglass layers to ensure durability while maintaining flexibility. A PTC temperature sensor is embedded within the silicone layers to deliver highly accurate process temperature monitoring. The sensor can interface with a digital temperature controller (separately provided) through the heater’s power cable, enabling precise readings and rapid response to temperature variations at the base of the IBC liner. This design makes the heater ideal for products that require significant energy input as well as for dense and viscous materials.
