Polyester heaters

Flexible heaters produced by Alper are made by screen-printing. A thin transparent PET layer is the base for silver tracks and carbon ink, respectively the current-conducting and heating part.

Printed antennas

Alper develops PET printed antennas with silver conductive inks, offering high performance and lightness. These antennas are ideal for automotive, IoT, telecommunications and other applications that require reliable connectivity.

PTC ink heaters

Alper s.r.l. PTC heater in its application can be defined as “self-limiting” thanks to the fact that the thermal equilibrium is reached at lower temperatures. When the temperature of the system increases, the PTC heater increases its resistivity with the consequent decrease in its power.

Silicone etched foil heaters

Alper etched foil flexible heaters are thin (0.8mm) and made from silicone, offering high heat resistance. They reach 200°C continuously and peaks of 230°C, ideal for aerospace, naval, horeca, and medical sectors.

Silver ink heaters

Alper offers its PET resistances with silver paste ink. Silver has high conductivity and high printability and allows to be deposited at precise tracks on PET substrate reaching very minimum thicknesses in micrometres
