The main objective of this analysis was to study and fully understand the environmental impact of our business and identify the aspects where we can improve. We are pleased to announce that the initial results have been more than satisfactory, representing a solid starting point for our future initiatives. This further spur us on to pursue an even more ambitious strategy aimed at an increasingly complete environmental sustainability.

Our production is based on a process known as additive manufacturing, ALPER's screen printing minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency. This means that we generate limited amounts of waste requiring disposal (less than 1%, as shown in Figure 1), and the majority of it is recyclable. This approach not only aligns with the principles of the circular economy but, it demonstrates our commitment to reducing environmental impact at all stages of our production processes. We are proud to contribute to substantially reducing potentially harmful effects for the environment through the choice of technologies and processes that respect our planet.
While we are pleased with these successes, we recognize the importance of looking beyond. We understand that our commitment to a sustainable future does not stop there. We recognize that there is always space for improvement, and our goal is to achieve a Carbon Footprint as close to zero carbon emissions as possible. This is what we want to get, and we are already working hard to reach it.
ALPER’s team is constantly exploring new technologies and methodologies that will allow us to further reduce our company environmental impact. We are already intensifying our efforts, investing in research and development to adopt improvements that will lead us towards this ambitious goal. We are committed to investing in innovative and sustainable solutions that will enable us to progress towards increasingly eco-friendly production.
In the near future, we are committed to setting clear and measurable goals in line with the principles of the UN 2030 Agenda, which will contribute to the achievement of the global goals. We will work with stakeholders to identify key areas where we can make a difference, working together to address the most pressing sustainability challenges.
