Base drum heater mod. HBD for metal drums max. 200L, ideal for reducing the viscosity of materials such as soap, grease, resins, paints that must be easily pumped or vacuumed.
CONSTRUCTION
Produced with two 2mm thick mild steel for extra rigidity on uneven surfaces, with tapered edges for safe ease of drum location and is protected by a resilient high temperature coating.
Heating is provided by means of a 900W flat silicone heating element characterized by perfect heat distribution over the entire surface.
Insulated with 50mm of high-density rock wool, it guarantees a high efficiency of heat conduction towards the base of the drum to be heated.
The base drum heater is designed for durability and efficiency with a robust metal construction that ensures long-lasting performance. It features an adjustable thermostat, allowing precise temperature control from 0°C to 150°C, suitable for various heating needs. With insulation class IP40, the heater provides reliable protection in industrial environments. Standard dimensions are tailored for 200L drums, making it a perfect fit for common storage needs.
