Aluminum foil heaters

Alper’s flexible heating cable on aluminium foil combines versatility and simplicity. Ideal for environments with high IP grade, it offers reliability, robustness and electrical safety. The adhesive aluminium foil ensures excellent heat exchange even on curved surfaces.

Crankcase heater

Alper compressor heater is used to prevent coolant migration during periods of compressor inactivity. It avoids the stress of the bearings, bringing benefits to the engine and helping to maintain the efficiency of the whole system.

Polyester heaters

Flexible heaters produced by Alper are made by screen-printing. A thin transparent PET layer is the base for silver tracks and carbon ink, respectively the current-conducting and heating part.

Silver ink heaters

Alper offers its PET resistances with silver paste ink. Silver has high conductivity and high printability and allows to be deposited at precise tracks on PET substrate reaching very minimum thicknesses in micrometres
