Polyester heaters

Flexible heaters produced by Alper are made by screen-printing. A thin transparent PET layer is the base for silver tracks and carbon ink, respectively the current-conducting and heating part.

Silicone etched foil heaters

Alper etched foil flexible heaters are thin (0.8mm) and made from silicone, offering high heat resistance. They reach 200°C continuously and peaks of 230°C, ideal for aerospace, naval, horeca, and medical sectors.

Alper designs and creates invisible comfort thanks to the production of flexible adhesive circuits and heaters such as ultra-flat PET and silicone resistances, ultra-flat circuits and sensors, designed for the most diverse applications in different markets and contexts such as Automotive, Ho.Re.Ca, Industry and Medical, sensors, comfort and others.
