Polyester heaters

Flexible heaters produced by Alper are made by screen-printing. A thin transparent PET layer is the base for silver tracks and carbon ink, respectively the current-conducting and heating part.

PTC ink heaters

Alper “self-limiting” heaters are made with a special carbon PTC ink printed on a flexible PET substrate, they reach the temperature defined by the PTC ink. These Alper PTC flexible heaters are suitable for those applications that come into contact with skin and textiles

Alper designs and creates invisible comfort thanks to the production of flexible adhesive circuits and heaters such as ultra-flat PET and silicone resistances, ultra-flat circuits and sensors, designed for the most diverse applications in different markets and contexts such as Automotive, Ho.Re.Ca, Industry and Medical, sensors, comfort and others.
